Orphan PKS Catalog 2022

- Abstract
- We have used computational methods to mine all the publicly available genomes in the NCBI database to curate a catalog of all distinct, non-redundant poolyketide synthase (PKS) clusters. This deposit contains the antiSMASH results of the 8799 distinct PKS clusters found in 2022.
