Complete Data Set for the Following Paper: Transfer rate of enveloped and non-enveloped viruses between fingerpads and surfaces
Abstract/Contents
- Abstract
- The first Excel contains all calculated transfer rate values. These transfer rates are those used in the related published work summary statistics and distribution modelling. The transfer rates were also used to determine the significant factors affecting transfer rate. The transfer rate is broken down by different experimental factors, such as virus type and direction of transfer. The second Excel contains all plaque counts. Plaque counts were used to calculate the transfer rate, as defined in the equation outlined in the related published work. Plaque counts are broken down by dilution, and are also broken down by the same factors as the transfer rate Excel. Data in this Excel are shown in two sheets, one for Phi6 and one for MS2.
