- Scope and content
- A draft of a constitution for a transition period to a secular democracy in Iran. Maestro Shajarian and a group of concerned citizens in Iran drafted the document and left a copy for safekeeping with Abbas Milani, Director of Iranian Studies, with the instruction to make public either when so advised by Maestro Shajarian or at Milani’s discretion after Shajarian’s death.
