TC and DOD data for Zhu et al., 2024
Abstract/Contents
- Abstract
• Our dataset contains both R (April23_24.RData and NOV1_23.mat) and Matlab data that we have created for the machine learning model and plots we included in the article
• All codes for model training and testing are shared with names “e.g., CodesForNoGeoModel”. All R codes for the Figures in the article is shared as “NewFig1-4”
• Codes for SI figures are also shared, such as “scatter_core_outer” and “SI_2”, etc
• R libraries “caret”, “xgboost”, “gridExtra”, “cowplot” need to be installed and loaded before running the codes listed
