Abstract
The general subject of this report is the application of recently developed structural reliability analysis techniques to offshore structures. The main purpose of the present study is to develop and demonstrate these new theoretical tools, so far part only of the state of the art of structural reliability analysis, for application to offshore structure analysis and design.
