Abstract
In this thesis, we propose the Composite Inelastic Dark Matter(CiDM) model as a possibility to reconcile null results of numerous experiments with the DAMA/LIBRA experiment results. We also do a thorough study of the cosmological thermal history of CiDM. To the end we study the consequences of a nearly Supersymmetric dark sector on the CiDM.
