Abstract/Contents

Abstract: Observ is an online application designed for local journalists, to help them find public records that are relevant to their beat. With observ, the user can research a database of public records of local municipalities and subscribe to a query of their liking. They will then be notified every hour, day or week if there are new documents in the database that match their query.
