Abstract

The data includes Image Biomarker Standardization Initiative-based PyRadiomics features from the Quantitative Image Feature Pipeline (qifp.stanford.edu) for T2- and contrast enhanced T1-MRI of pre-operative patients undergoing resection for newly diagnosed pediatric medulloblastoma. Additional clinical features include age of diagnosis, gender, and molecular subgroup (WNT, SHH, Group 3 and Group 4.

The inclusion criteria were: consecutive patients with pathologically-confirmed MB that spanned July 1997 to May 2020, aged ≤ 19 years, with pre-operative MRI that included both axial contrast-enhanced T1-weighted (T1-MRI) and T2-weighted (T2-MRI) sequences, and molecular subgroup analysis. We excluded patients if the MRI was non-diagnostic or lacked MB molecular subgroup diagnosis.
