R scripts and data for "Systematic Discovery of Mutation-Specific Synthetic Lethals by Mining Pan-Cancer Human Primary Tumor Data"
Abstract/Contents
- Abstract
- This set contains the R scripts and data used for the tool MiSL described in the paper "Systematic Discovery of Mutation-Specific Synthetic Lethals by Mining Pan-Cancer Human Primary Tumor Data " by S. Sinha, et al. The instructions on how to run the scripts are in the readme.txt file. These scripts demonstrate an example on how to implement the method discussed in the paper of mining synthetic lethals from pan-cancer human primary tumor genomic and transcriptomic data.
