Abstract/Contents
- Abstract
- PACT, a cellular double-stranded RNA binding protein, was observed to support HCV infection. It was found to specifically support HCV RNA replication in a manner which was independent of its known roles in microRNA biogenesis, PKR activation and sumoylation.
