Note California as an island with an indented northern coast. N. Albion and Pt. d Fr. Draco at north end. A large area called Terra Esonis lies to the northwest separated from California by Straat Anian. The maps are encircled by a diagram of an eclipse, astronomical drawings and explanations, and two polar projections, the northern one showing California as an island. Issued as a separate publication or a Dutch bible.
