- This point shapefile contains the locations for cities within the United States with populations greater than 10,000, all state capitals, and the national capital. Data are represented at a scale of 1:250,000. This layer is part of the 2014 ESRI Data and Maps collection for ArcGIS 10.2.
- Purpose
- This point shapefile provides locations for cities including fields—name, FIPS code, Census class, population, and demographic information from the U.S. Census.
