Four approaches to combining data
Abstract/Contents
- Abstract
- This thesis is an amalgamation of four projects that study how data from different sources can be meaningfully combound. Exactly what it means to combine data will vary from chapter to chapter. All of the work had biological data as a motivating factor and most of the projects directly address high dimensional datasets.
