- Abstract
- From the liner notes: “These are some of the Irish song which Russell Varian sang at many early Varian parties, and elsewhere for his friends. These are some of the songs he had learned from his father, who was born and raised in Dublin, Ireland. The songs were recorded by Ed Ginzton in New York in 1943. The words were supplied by Dorothy Varian in 1962.”
