State 2 [c. 1740]. Produced by Seutter, M. Title is the same, statement of responsibility changed to: ÆRI INCISÆ ET VENUM EXPOSITÆ À | MATTHAEO SEUTTER SAC. CӔS. MAJEST. GEOGR. AUGUSTÆ VINDELICORUM. Title page is nearly identical with one produced by Lotter (Seutter’s son-in-law) (State 1) except locations of small maps of America and Africa have been exchanged, placing America near the figure of an elephant. Map in color.
