Note The cherubs below the map are using contemporary instruments to record the transit of Jupiter's moons (top left), an eclipse of the sun (top center), and an eclipse of the moon (top right).
Note Textual cartouche in the eastern hemisphere tells the difference of 22 1/2 degrees between the Isle of Fero meridian and the Paris meridian.
