Serial section TEM of mec-17(ok2109);atat-2(ok2415) double mutants
Abstract/Contents
- Abstract
The goal of these experiments was to examine the morphology of microtubules in TRNS lacking both the mec-17 and atat-2 genes.
tact-1 and tact-2 are outdated, early names for the alpha tubulin acetyltransferase.
tact-1 = mec-17.
tact-2 = atat-2.Four serial section data sets (one ALM and three PLM). Each data set contains both raw .tif images and alignment/segmentation files for use in Reconstruct.
