- Ado Valge recalls the story of his parents and grandparents, focusing on their escape to Germany through Sweden in 1944, their life in the refugee camps and emigrating to the USA. Ado Valge also reflects on his relationship with his homeland, the Estonian Song Festival (laulupidu), Estonians and cultural identity.
