Filming Revolution Archive
Abstract/Contents
- Abstract
Filming Revolution by Alisa Lebow, published by Stanford University Press in 2018, has been archived in the the Stanford Digital Repository. This page serves as the public-facing cover of that archive. The assets in the archive—project code and media files—remain dark while the publication is available in its live version. The files will only be made accessible when the live publication is no longer supported by evolving server and browser configurations.
The site files from the publication server have been packaged as “project.zip”. By unzipping this file, a user can view the code underlying the publication. Video assets, originally sourced into the live project via Vimeo, are included in this collection and attended by descriptive metadata linking them to their original Vimeo paths in the publication. Also included in the collection are a web archive (wacz) and a disk image, which may be run in a web archive archive player and a virtual machine, respectively.
For more information about the technical structure of the project, please read the documentation file, which can be found at the following URL: https://purl.stanford.edu/zr935fv6750.
For an archived, interactive version of the publication, please view the web archive of the project at https://archive.supdigital.org/filming-revolution.html.
