- Abstract
- Jaak Maandi recalls the story of his family’s escape to Sweden and adapting to the life there. He also speaks about his father Helmut Maandi, who was made the State Secretary of the Republic of Estonia in 1944. Likewise he describes his visits to Estonia, the definition of an Estonian living abroad and life and work in Estonia.
