- H K Wong interviews in English and Chinese (Cantonese) at the home of Fred Wing (Taw Wing-Fon Yee or Tow Wing Fon, 1908-1993) and wife Nancy Wing (Man Sz Ng or "Eng Man Sz" b. 1919). Audio File 1: Fred Wing discusses his life history and career as famous Sonoma Swiss Hotel chef, mentions that many Chinese migrants worked in the vineyards, orchards, and railroads; wife Nancy interview in Cantonese; discussion with elderly Chinese woman (Wah Lo Ng Mulan?) in Cantonese. Audio File 2: Conversations with various family members including: great-grandma Wah Lee (Lo Yee?) in Cantonese; gentleman Taw Yuk Len (?) in Cantonese; and others; follow-up interview with Freddie Wing in San Francisco in English and Cantonese.
