Wide Awake: A physiologically aware and familiar interface for long distance drivers
Abstract/Contents
- Abstract
- Wide Awake will provide the user with familiarity, alertness and entertainment, which - most of all - will mean keeping the user safe. Log distance drives are difficult because they can become boring and monotonous. By measuring physiological elements and responding to those measurements, Wide Awake will increase situational awareness and provide ways to keep the user awake. In addition, through a simple cord and your cell phone, Wide Awake will provide the user with familiarity, entertainment, and comfort.
