- Collection includes a photograph album (dated 1899) of images of Stanford buildings and views, probably acquired from a local photography firm; subjects include entrance gates, cactus garden, the Quad, Roble Hall, Encina Hall, fraternity houses, faculty houses, and interiors of the library, assembly hall, and museum. There are also loose images (cyanotypes, sepia prints, and black and white prints) of female students on campus, male students at the Palo Alto train station, and one of President Jordan at bat during a faculty-student baseball game.
