Abstract: This point shapefile contains High Precision Geodetic Network (HPGN) control points within Monterey County, California. The High Precision Geodetic Network (HPGN) was established by the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) and the National Geodetic Survey (NGS) as a statewide GPS control network. This layer is part of a collection of GIS data for Monterey County in California.
