Note	A very early map of Indian Territory, preceded only by the 1866 War Department Map of Indian Territory (Streeter 575). A list of Authorities is shown, along with much detail typical to military maps of the period. Wheat says the map is "historically valuable for southern Kansas and present Oklahoma." Without color. Scarce.
